About

A room we’ve sat in, not a market we studied

Mindbins is built in London by a team that has spent two decades on both sides of the table: building and selling enterprise AI to some of the world’s largest companies, and sitting on the deciding side — board seats, investment committees, accelerator and corporate-venture panels — watching high-stakes reasoning evaporate the moment each meeting ended.

That is why this company exists: we kept watching the most expensive thinking in the building disappear, in exactly the organizations whose entire product is that thinking.

What we believe

Execution is commoditizing; judgment is not. The firms that win the next decade will treat their reasoning as an asset — recorded, auditable, and improving — rather than exhaust that evaporates.

And trust is a designed property, not a feature toggle: private drafting layers, protected human judgment, and provenance on every claim are the foundations of the product, because a system of record for judgment only works if the people whose judgment it records are safe inside it.
